The process allows me the chance to get to know some of my customers and find out their passions which in turn sparks my creativity.
I WANT MY CUSTOM DESIGNED PIECES TO BE A REFLECTION OF WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO EXPRESS.
I can work with almost any type of wire (plated, sterling, filled, pure) and gemstone. The only metalsmithing I will do is in sterling silver. If you already have gemstone and want something created using it, I can also do it that way.
How It Works
It is a process so please don’t expect a 1–2-day turnaround unless it is a very basic/simple piece.

I will reach out to you within a day or two to learn more about what you want created I’ll come up with a few design ideas to share with you and ask you a few questions.
Approve the design & pay 1/2
Once the design has been approved by you, I will give you a price and an approximate timeline. You will be billed for 1/2 of the agreed on price before the work is started
Finished product approval, remaining payment & item ships
Upon your approval of the finished piece, I will bill for the remainder of the price. Once I receive payment, your finished piece will be shipped to you, with tracking and insurance.
Custom Order Guidelines:
Custom designed pieces can take hours to complete. If you change your mind after the piece has been started, you will not receive a refund of the initial money you pay because I will have already used materials and time to start it.
If I am designing using your gemstone, I will remove your gemstone from the wire work and ship it back to you.
ALL gemstones that are shipped to me are photographed when I receive them and a copy is emailed to you. I repeat the process if I send your gemstone back.
If your gemstone or completed piece is damaged during shipping-I am not responsible for the damage!
